Remarks

Generates a unique graph name for the supplied blueprint (guaranteed to not cause a naming conflict at the time of the call).

A unique name intended for a new graph.

The blueprint you want a unique graph name for.

ProposedName

The name you want to give the graph (the result will be some permutation of this string).
