RoomTransformToSetOnFrame

The room transform to apply at the beginning of the next frame (if needed.) This is used to defer updates of the room transform to match with the GNewWorldToMetersScale, which will also take effect on the next frame.

Remarks

The room transform to apply at the beginning of the next frame (if needed.) This is used to defer updates of the room transform to match with the GNewWorldToMetersScale, which will also take effect on the next frame. It's critical that those two are applied at the same time, because otherwise a frame rate dependent feedback loop will occur
