Remarks

Caches platform data for the texture.

Parameters

Description

bAsyncCache

spawn a thread to cache the platform data

bAllowAsyncBuild

allow building the DDC file in the thread if missing.

bAllowAsyncLoading

allow loading source data in the thread if missing (the data won't be reusable for later use though)

Compressor

optional compressor as the texture compressor can not be get from an async thread.
