Remarks

Make fully standard "Unreal" pathname:

  • Normalizes path separators [NormalizeFilename]

  • Removes extraneous separators [NormalizeDirectoryName, as well removing adjacent separators]

  • Collapses internal ..'s

  • Makes relative to Engine (will ALWAYS start with ......)
