Get a view on an attribute array with the given name, accessing elements as the given type. Access to elements will be slightly slower than with GetAttributesRef, but element access is not strongly typed.
Note that the returned object is a value type which should be assigned and passed by value, not reference. It is valid for as long as this TAttributesSet object exists.
