Get a metadata key/value on the specified variable, or timeline if it exists, returning false if it does not exist

TRUE if finding the metadata was successful

The Blueprint to find the variable in

VarName

Name of the variable

InLocalVarScope

Local variable's scope, if looking to modify a local variable

MetaDataKey

Key name for the metadata to change

OutMetaDataValue

Value of the metadata
