Due to limitations in our [TMap](API\Runtime\Core\Containers\TMap) implementation I cannot use [TUniquePtr](API\Runtime\Core\Templates\TUniquePtr) here But the GPULightmassModule is the only owner of all static lighting systems, and all worlds weak refer to the systems
