UAbilitySystemComponent::ClearActorInfo

This is called when the actor that is initialized to this system dies, this will clear that actor from this system and [FGameplayAbilityActorInfo](API\Plugins\GameplayAbilities\Abilities\FGameplayAbilityActorInfo)
