This will refresh the Ability's ActorInfo structure based on the current ActorInfo.

Remarks

This will refresh the Ability's ActorInfo structure based on the current ActorInfo. That is, AvatarActor will be the same but we will look for new AnimInstance, MovementComponent, PlayerController, etc.
