Remarks

Queries all of the root content paths, like "/Game/", "/Engine/", and any dynamically added paths

[Out] List of content paths

bIncludeReadOnlyRoots

Include read only root content paths such as "/Temp/"

bWithoutLeadingSlashes

Strip slash at start of each path to end up with "Game/"

bWithoutTrailingSlashes

Strip trailing slash at end of each path to end up with "/Game"
