Scale the shadow tracing sample count in reflection views, only used with Advanced Output ray marched shadows. Quality level scalability CVARs affect the maximum range. The sample count resolution is still clamped according to scalability setting to 'r.VolumetricCloud.Shadow.ReflectionRaySampleMaxCount'.
