Returns the WorldSettings for the World the actor is in If you'd like to know what [UWorld](API\Runtime\Engine\Engine\UWorld) this placed actor (not dynamic spawned actor) belong to, use [GetTypedOuter()](API\Runtime\CoreUObject\UObject\UObjectBaseUtility\GetTypedOuter\2)
