Store the given percentage of the SourceVector distribution in the VectorDist

Returns

bool true if successful, false if not.

Parameters

Parameter

VectorDist

The distribution to put the result into.

SourceVectorDist

The distribution of use as the source.

Percentage

The percentage of the source value to use [0..100]
