Remarks

Forwards a previously received message to the specified recipient after a given delay.

Messages can only be forwarded to endpoints within the same process.

Recipient

The address of the recipient to forward the message to.

ForwardingScope

The scope of the forwarded message.

Delay

The delay after which to publish the message.
