Draw PrimitiveId this draw command is associated with - used by the shader to fetch primitive data from the PrimitiveSceneData SRV. If it's < Scene->Primitives.Num() then it's a valid Scene PrimitiveIndex and can be used to backtrack to the FPrimitiveSceneInfo.
