The raw desired scroll offset from the beginning of the list in items.

Remarks

The raw desired scroll offset from the beginning of the list in items. Does not incorporate the FixedLineScrollOffset. Use GetTargetScrollOffset() to know the final target offset to display.

If scroll animation is disabled and there is no FixedLineScrollOffset, this is identical to both the CurrentScrollOffset and the target offset.
