Remarks

To move this code into the runtime in the future. Right now there's a dependency on the metadata of the USTRUCT - which is only available in the editor. Adds a Function / Struct Node to the edited Graph. UnitNode represent a RIGVM_METHOD declaration on a USTRUCT. This causes a NodeAdded modified event.
