FMeshSelectionMechanicStyle

These values are all overwritten TODO Directly use the values in [FUVEditorUXSettings](API\Plugins\UVEditorTools\FUVEditorUXSettings) when MeshSelectionMechanic is moved into UV Editor module, we can also remove the SetVisualizationStyle
