PAPER2UPaperSprite::RebuildData

This is a generic "rebuild all" function that calls [RebuildCollisionData()](API\Plugins\Paper2D\PAPER2UPaperSprite\RebuildCollisionData) and then [RebuildRenderData()](API\Plugins\Paper2D\PAPER2UPaperSprite\RebuildRenderData).
