FScopedDurationTimeCustomLogger

Utility class for logging the duration of a scoped action (the user doesn't have to call [Start()](API\Runtime\Engine\GameFramework\EDynamicForceFeedbackAction__Typ-) and [Stop()](API\Runtime\Engine\Animation\EAnimSubsystemEnumeration) manually) using a custom output function.
