FScopedMovementUpdate::HasMoved

Returns whether movement has occurred at all during this scope, optionally checking if the transform is different (since changing scale does not go through a move).

Remarks

Returns whether movement has occurred at all during this scope, optionally checking if the transform is different (since changing scale does not go through a move). RevertMove() sets this back to false.
