MissingMasterBoneMap

Map of missing bone indices->transforms so that calls to [GetBoneTransform()](API\Runtime\Engine\Components\USkinnedMeshComponent\GetBoneTransform\2) succeed when bones are not present in a master mesh when using master-pose.
