Some Blueprints (and classes) can recompile while we are debugging a live session (play in editor).

Remarks

Some Blueprints (and classes) can recompile while we are debugging a live session (play in editor). This function controls whether this can always occur. There are also editor preferences and project settings that can be used to opt-in other classes even when this returns false
