USkeletalMesh::GetMeshEditorData

Return a valid [USkeletalMeshEditorData](API\Runtime\Engine\Engine\USkeletalMeshEditorData), if the MeshEditorDataPath is invalid it will create the [USkeletalMeshEditorData](API\Runtime\Engine\Engine\USkeletalMeshEditorData) and set the MeshEditorDataPath to point on it.
