Spawn a new standard 3-axis Transform gizmo (see [UCombinedTransformGizmoContextObject::Create3AxisTransformGizmo](API\Runtime\InteractiveToolsFramework\BaseGizmos\UCombinedTransfo-\Create3AxisTrans-) for details) GizmoManager's ToolsContext must have a [UCombinedTransformGizmoContextObject](API\Runtime\InteractiveToolsFramework\BaseGizmos\UCombinedTransfo-) registered (see [UCombinedTransformGizmoContextObject](API\Runtime\InteractiveToolsFramework\BaseGizmos\UCombinedTransfo-) for details)
