FShaderPipelineCache::ClosePipelineFileCache

Closes the existing pipeline cache, allowing it to be reopened with a different file and/or shader platform.

Closes the existing pipeline cache, allowing it to be reopened with a different file and/or shader platform. Will implicitly invoke a Fast Save.
