Create an [FName](API\Runtime\Core\UObject\FName) with a hardcoded string index.

Remarks

Create an FName with a hardcoded string index.

Parameters

HardcodedIndex

The hardcoded value the string portion of the name will have.

Name

The hardcoded name to initialize
