DrawDebugFloatHistory

Draws a 2D Histogram of size 'DrawSize' based [FDebugFloatHistory](API\Runtime\Engine\Engine\FDebugFloatHistory) struct, using DrawLocation for the location in the world, rotation will face camera of first player.
