AudioState_ReadyFor_Requests

There are no pending requests/ all requests have been fulfilled.

AudioState_ReadyFor_Finalization

Initial request has completed and finalization needs to be kicked off.

AudioState_InProgress_Loading

We're currently loading in chunk data.
