UNetDriver::GetReplicationChangeListMgr

Returns the [FReplicationChangelistMgr](API\Runtime\Engine\Net\FReplicationChangelistMgr) that is associated with the passed in object, creating one if none exist.

Remarks

Returns the FReplicationChangelistMgr that is associated with the passed in object, creating one if none exist.

This should never be called on client NetDrivers!
