bool true if successful, false if failed

The memory to fill the vertex data into

FillIndexData

The index data to fill in

ParticleOrder

The (optional) particle ordering to use

InCameraPosition

The position of the camera in world space.

InLocalToWorld

Transform from local to world space.

InstanceFactor

The factor to duplicate instances by.
