Blueprint Editor Reference
Blueprints are stored in packages and can be created through the Content Browser like any other asset.
In the Content Browser, click on .
Select Blueprint under the Create Basic Asset section from the menu that appears.
Additional Types of Blueprints can be created from the Blueprints option under Create Advanced Asset.
Choose a Parent Class for your Blueprint.

There are two other methods in which you can create a Blueprint from the Content Browser.
Right-click in the Asset View (right-hand panel) of the Content Browser.
Right-click on a folder in the Asset Tree (left-hand panel) of the Content Browser.
In the menu that appears, mouse over Create Asset then select Blueprint.
