    Asset Pack
    This product contains an assortment of Unreal Engine assets which can be imported into a pre-existing project of your choice.

(!) Be sure to read "Important" below.

Models and scenes can be used in any project.

The screenshots show two Levels:

1) Main scene (Content / Country_House_Content / Levels / Country_House_Level);

2) Overview map of all static grids (Content / Country_House_Content / Levels / Overview_Map) - the last two screenshots.

The package of assets includes:

1) Meshes - 144 (each model on the stage is represented by one or more Meshes);

2) Materials - 25;

3) Material Instances - 25.

Models may not be suitable for texturing, since they are optimized for simple materials (instances of simple materials are used, without UV mapping).

All Meshes have a low/medium polygon count.

All objects are assigned collisions (almost all of them are simplified).

On the main stage, everything is grouped into folders in the Outliner (according to the type of building or area of the site, floor, specific room, and so on).

The models' Pivot Points are located logically.

The lighting is not baked in (Lumen is used everywhere).

The windows of the buildings have a separate mesh.

The asset package includes different objects: a large Residential Building (you can turn off the floors, doors, windows - frames and glass separately), a small Production Workshop, Gazebo, Covered Parking, Charging, Septic Tank, Electrical Substation (small hollow object), Construction, BBQ Area, Water Well (small hollow object), Recreation Area, Sports Ground, Childrens House, Simple Landscape, Various Trees, Grass Fence, Sliding Doors, Hinged Doors, Hand Dryer, Hooks, Paper towels, Mirrors, Plunger, Sink, Toilet Paper, Drying Machine, Laundry Basket, Bookshelf, Shelving (various shapes), Shower Cabin, Washer, Bath, Towel Holder, A Potted Tree, Corner Sofa, Keyboard, Monitors (various), Mouse, Tables and Tables (Round, Rectangular, Corner), Chairs (office, for relaxation, Stools), Bedside tables, PC (system unit), Beds (various), Sofas (various), TV, Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, Fridge, Microwave, Water Cooler, Electrical Panel, Fire Extinguisher , First Aid Kit, Shoe Box, Wardrobe, Picture, Soda Machine, Barrel, Mesh Barrel, CNC Machine, The Control Panel, A Bag of Cement, Biotoilet, Concrete Mixer, Garden Wheelbarrow, Firewood, Grill, Bench, Swing and Hammock, Street Lights, Marine Container.

(!) Important:

1) Before integrating the scene into your project, create a backup copy of it.

2) Both levels are added to your project and are located in the folder "Content / Country_House_Content / Levels".

3) All Meshes are located in the folder "Content / Country_House_Content / Meshes".

4) Materials and their copies are located in the folder "Content / Country_House_Content / Materials".

3) Neither the scene nor the models contain game settings (except for basic material settings). You have to configure the opening of doors, turning off the display of floors and roofs yourself.

4) In order to be able to place physically active items (in your game) on the shelves of different racks, you need to reassign the collisions of such racks (Meshes) to complex ones.

5) Screenshots were taken using Unreal Engine 5.4 with automatic exposure (enabled by default in Unreal Engine).

6) Different versions of Unreal Engine handle "Intensity" (cd) values for lights differently. If the light seems too dim or too bright, change the corresponding values for the lights in the main scene.

7) In order to increase FPS, I recommend using more recent versions of the engine (additionally, you can disable some lighting sources on the stage).

8) This product supports Lumen for Unreal Engine 5.2.1+. How to enable Lumen in your project (link to official documentation): https://dev.epicgames.com/documentation/en-us/unreal-engine/lumen-global-illumination-and-reflections-in-unreal-engine?application_version=5.2
