The first step in a good audio mix is normalization, meaning balancing the volumes of all the individual sound sources to get them within the same loudness level.

To create this plugin, a custom implementation of the LUFS measuring system was developed for Unreal Engine. LUFS is the new industry standard for measuring loudness based on the human ear perception and is the main driving force behind the normalization system.
