Relax and enjoy the ambience of being in a stylized, hand-painted 3D swamp. 


This is a dynamic environment, meaning the grass, plants, leaves, and even water and lilies all gently sway in the wind. 


Everything is very optimized, with LODs, and very simple materials, so it is very performance-friendly. 


There are no water physics or underwater shaders, the ponds are just a single plane with two vertex painted textures that move separately (the speed and distance can be controlled in the material instance parameters for the water's material).


 All models have simple hand-made collision volumes which are much more optimized and better on performance than the auto-generated complex collision in Unreal.


Included is a looping crickets ambience and two particle systems using simple emitter GPU squares.


The scene is using movable real-time lighting, but the user could opt in for baked lighting if they wanted, as all assets have their own lightmaps. 


If you look in the maps folder, you can see an overview map which showcases every mesh in the pack, and the demo map from the video. This pack does not contain interior props for the shacks but I made collision inside so the user can add their own props if they wanted to. Also the door and door hinges objects can be placed in the same world location and will be correctly positioned, and the door's pivot point should rotate from the hinges if you wanted to make a simple open/close blueprint.


All assets are created from scratch by me with love, based on real world foliage, plants, and flora species.
