The environment comes with a variety of related props, like a boat or basic equipment for an authentic beach party.
The tower itself is made of several modular pieces to give you a good control over the final design. Each module comes with 3 different styles (used, brand-new, somewhere in between).
The pack also includes three one-click-blueprints for your convenience (1 blueprint for each style).
All meshes were designed with a specific focus on games, most models are below 20000 vertices and use 1 material instance (2, if the model contains transparency).
The pack contains 17 blueprints in total. These are used on models with movable parts, the boat, the dustbins, or cabinet s for example and may be animated.
