Post Process Material that allows resolution changes per object using custom stencil. You can set the resolution or have it change dynamically at runtime using the included Dynamic-Res Actor Component. Scene and Skybox resolutions can be set separately, as well as 5 channels you can assign objects too. Each channel also has the option for pass though.
