UEnvQueryContext_BlueprintBase::GetWorld

We need to implement [GetWorld()](API\Runtime\AIModule\EnvironmentQuery\Contexts\UEnvQueryContext_BlueprintBase\GetWorld) so that blueprint functions which use a hidden WorldContextObject* will work properly.
