An [FGuid](API\Runtime\Core\Misc\FGuid) that is always resolved as a [USceneComponent](API\Runtime\Engine\Components\USceneComponent) either directly or through the [AActor](API\Runtime\Engine\GameFramework\AActor) that the GUID relates to.
